These coaches trained with me on their way to ICF accreditation, and this is what they wrote in their final feedback.
“This course should be a pre-requisite of anyone wanting to coach people.”
Clare Rigler, Positive Psychology Coach“Having just completed the coach training, I am already missing the learning. The depth of knowledge Naomi imparts is above and beyond. My confidence as a coach has risen tenfold as Naomi and my peers on my course have helped me develop and fine tune my coaching to a place where I can now confidently deliver quality coaching in line with the ICF coaching core competencies.”
Clare RiglerPositive Psychology Coach“Naomi’s knowledge and care is felt throughout the course, and she shares her skills with enthusiasm and encouragement… I now feel so much more confident in my own ability as a coach, and ready to go on and apply for personal accreditation. Something I believed to be years away before I started the course!”
Joy ChaneyCaregivers Coach and Workshop Facilitator, @joy_in.the.moment“Naomi is a wonderful mentor coach. She is extremely knowledgeable and has huge understanding of the core competencies… She facilitates a really safe space for coaches to coach and be coached from. I would highly recommend Naomi and this course for CPD and evolving your own coaching offer.”
Rich CasementAlcohol-Free, Running and Mindset Coach, @clean.break.coaching“This course gives participants a deeper understanding of the requirements to move forward when ready for accreditation, but also digs deep into skill set and delivery of coaching practice… so well worth considering for your continued professional development alone.”
Samantha LinstremTeen Coach and Parental Support, @theteenyearscoach“For anyone considering stepping up their coaching career, and to become ICF accredited, [Naomi’s coach training is] the natural evolution on the road to not only the ICF accreditation, but coaching, and personal growth under the skilled guidance of Naomi.”

You love this work. You’ve done your training, you’ve coached people through some of the biggest moments of their lives, and still there’s a pull for more: more depth, more breakthroughs, more of those sessions that light you both up.
You’ve given a client the strengths survey, talked her through the report and thought, surely there’s so much more I could do than this?
She told you “I’m fine, honestly, I’m just tired” for the third session running, and you could hear the thing she wasn’t saying, and you weren’t sure how to make room for it without pushing her somewhere she didn’t want to go.
And if you’re honest, you want some of this for yourself too. More joy, more meaning, more of the woman you are when nobody’s expecting you to be anything else.
Your individual credential renewal might be sitting in the back of your mind as well, whichever coaching body you’re with, and if the hours you’ve logged so far are mostly webinars you half-watched with your camera off (be honest!), you already know how little they changed.
I want you to hear this. Every one of those moments belongs to a coach who’s ready to go deeper. These specialisms give you the science-backed research on what helps people flourish and the psychology of women stepping into their power, plus two live days of practising it with someone watching who knows what she’s looking for. Your coaching gets richer, and so does your life.

I was head of psychology from my very first day of teaching, and for the first seven or eight years I taught chemistry, physics and biology alongside it, so science is in my bones. I taught in schools and universities for fifteen years before I did my MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (I cried when the distinction came through, but that’s a whole other story!). I’ve never stopped teaching it. I still run psychology workshops in some of the UK’s top universities, including annual workshops at Imperial College London, and I’ve delivered training at the University of Warwick too. These days my teaching happens on stages as well as in classrooms, and in September 2026 I was invited to share my story at Living Brave LIVE in Denver, in front of more than a thousand people.
For the last five years I’ve trained and supervised coaches, where the same thing keeps coming up: skilled, caring coaches who were taught the coaching core competencies and never taught enough of the psychology that explains why they work. Coaches on my courses kept asking me for the positive psychology. One of them wrote in her feedback that she’d love to learn more of my positive psychology and resilience knowledge, and that line stayed with me.
Everything I do comes back to one belief, that we’re most alive, and most magnetic, when we’re most ourselves. My Freedom & Fire Mastermind helps coaches build the business, my Delusional Wealthy Woman programme helps women build the life, and these coach training specialisms give you the science and the skill to help your clients build theirs, while you feel it in your own life first.
So I built the training I wish every coach could have once she’s qualified. Each specialism teaches the research honestly, including the parts the evidence doesn’t support yet, and then puts you in a room (a Zoom room, cameras on) where you coach, get coached and get feedback from me against the ICF Core Competencies.
I have strong opinions about CCE. An hour of continuing education should change how you coach on Monday morning, and if it doesn’t, you’ve watched a webinar.
Each specialism is 20 hours on its own. They’re designed to go in pairs, so two together give you 40 hours and everything you need for one kind of coaching: Alive and Fully Alive for positive psychology in depth, or Powerful You and Powerful Leader for coaching women. Every one of them will change how you coach, and you’ll feel most of it in your own life first.
Tools you can trust with your clients, each one grounded in research, so you know what works and why.
Has anyone ever told you positive psychology is just thinking happy thoughts? Alive gives you tools you can trust with your clients, each one grounded in research, from character strengths and positive emotion to self-determination theory, hope, self-efficacy and self-compassion, and you’ll know where the evidence is strong and where it’s still catching up.
You’ll come away able to spot strengths in a client’s stories while she’s still telling them, agree goals she owns, and recognise the moment positivity starts to feel like pressure.
Then on Day 2 you’ll bring hope and mental contrasting into your sessions.
Start here if positive psychology is new to you.
For the harder questions clients bring when life hasn’t gone to plan, and the science to meet them.
This is the advanced one. If positive psychology is new to you, start with Alive, and if you’ve already studied it, you can come straight here.
Fully Alive takes you into the harder questions, the ones clients bring when life hasn’t gone to plan: difficult emotion, growth after adversity, resilience, values and psychological flexibility. We look hard at where the research is shaky and at its cultural limits, you practise using validated wellbeing measures without labelling the person in front of you, and on Day 1 we review anonymised client stories together in a supervision format.
You can take Alive and Fully Alive in the same week, Alive on the Monday and Tuesday and Fully Alive on the Thursday and Friday.
Learn to hear what’s underneath “Sorry, this is probably silly, but…” and help her find her voice.
You’ve heard a client start a sentence like that, and Powerful You teaches you to hear what’s underneath it. It’s for coaches who work with women in any setting, and it follows how the expectation to be good, nice and agreeable gets learned in girlhood, through self-silencing, women’s anger, self-trust, identity and people-pleasing.
On the live days you’ll practise listening for the acceptable version of what she thinks, welcoming her anger as information, and coaching what she truly wants into a brave next step. This is the coaching that helps a woman find her voice and use it, and it’s some of the most joyful work you’ll ever do.
Help the woman who leads a team, a family or a cause to own her ambition and lead more bravely.
Your client might lead a team, a classroom, a family, a business or a cause. Powerful Leader is for coaching her in all of it, with the psychology of power, self-leadership, ambition, imposter feelings, the fear of being judged or misunderstood, courage and presence, including the double bind women who lead are judged by. Powerful You is a lovely foundation to take first, though you don’t need it.
By the end you’ll be able to coach a woman’s relationship with power, help her name the ambition she’s been playing down, and work with imposter feelings without treating them as a flaw in her. And then there’s the ripple effect, the moment you realise that when one woman leads more bravely, everyone around her feels it.
Eight recorded modules of about 45 minutes, each finishing with a short quiz (the pass mark is 80% and you can retake it as many times as you like). Join as a founding member and they arrive two at a time each month from January, so you’re never cramming. Join from Monday 10 May and you get all eight at once.
“In the training vault, there is a plethora of learning materials that you can dip in and out of and everything is so carefully and professionally explained with information you can go back to as & when needed.”
Jeanette Wardle Positive Psychology and Alcohol-Free Coach, Freedom & Fire memberA call with the whole group in May, or in October for the November dates, so you’ve met everyone before the live days.
9am to 5pm UK time on Zoom, cameras on.
You’ll watch me coach in live demonstrations, then take your turn as coach, client and observer in triad practice, using the observer sheets from your workbook. We work through ethics cases together, and you’ll get feedback from me there and then against the ICF Core Competencies, at the level you’re working at, whether that’s ACC, PCC or the equivalent with your own coaching body.
Once you’ve finished the modules, passed the quizzes and attended both days in full, your certificate shows your hours by ICF CCE category and is mapped to the EMCC Global Competence Framework, so you can log it as CPD with EMCC, the Association for Coaching or any other coaching body. It carries the ICF accreditation number once approval comes through.
Each specialism: 13.33 Core Competencies hours from the live days and 6.67 Resource Development hours from the modules.
Every module and both live days, with triad briefs, observer sheets, ethics cases and a toolkit you’ll keep using with clients. The Powerful You workbook also includes a guide to coaching safely and ethically.
A private space in Hey Clients that opens with your first modules, and I drop in every fortnight with a Q&A thread for anything about the modules or the workbook.
I’m Naomi, and my teaching is vibrant, warm and full of energy, with the rigour of science underneath every bit of it. You’ll get the idea, then the mechanism behind it, then what it looks like with a client, then what you’ll do differently in your next session. Expect research you can trust, honesty about where it runs out, and a LOT of fun along the way. The live days come to you from my home in southern Spain.
You know I bring the research, the honesty and the energy, and that I’ll ask you to be brave. This is the same, built for your coaching. If you’re a trained coach, I would LOVE to see you in this room, whether you’re here for your renewal, for your practice, or because you want more of this aliveness for yourself.
This is an investment in your coaching and in you. Founding member places open on Monday 4 January, and the founding member rate saves you £200 on one specialism, £300 on a pair and £498 on all four. It’s only open until Wednesday 31 March, so join the waitlist now and you’ll hear the moment it opens.
From 1 April 2027 full prices apply. If you join later in the year, your payment plan is shorter so it finishes before your training dates. Your certificate for each specialism is issued once the payments for it are complete, and you can pay off your balance at any time.
I want you to picture the first client you coach after your live days. She starts to say the thing she usually keeps back, and this time you know what you’re hearing, you know the research behind the question you ask her next, and you’ve already practised that moment with someone watching.
Now picture yourself at the end of that session, a little more alive, trusting what you know, and loving this work even more than you did before. That’s what I want these specialisms to give you, in your coaching and in your own life. If you feel the pull, I’d love to have you in the room! Join the waitlist and I’ll let you know the moment founding member places open on Monday 4 January, so you can claim your founding member rate first.
Naomi
P.S. If you’ve got a renewal coming up, a pair gives you 40 hours in one go, and founding member prices are only open until Wednesday 31 March.
