The woman who'll be in your corner
I know what it feels like to bet on yourself with no guarantee it'll work. I quit my career in the UK, sold most of my belongings, and moved to Spain without speaking the language or knowing how I'd make money. I built this business from nothing to what it is today.
Today I live in my dream home in Spain, on 12,000 square metres of land with mountain views and a small flock of chickens. It's the life I couldn't have imagined for myself back then, and building this business is what made it possible.
Before that leap, I spent 15 years in the classroom as a UK Head of Psychology. I understand what it means to be brilliant at what you do and still not know how to build something of your own around it.
I spent the last five years as Director of Education at a coach training company. I hold a Master's in Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology, I'm ICF accredited at PCC level, an EMCC Senior Practitioner, and a qualified and accredited Coach Supervisor.
I started hitting regular £10k months last year, had my first £100k year, and in March 2026 had my first £20k cash month. I'm not teaching you theory, I'm teaching you what's working in my own business, right now.

What time are the live sessions?
They alternate between mornings (usually around 10am GMT) and evenings (usually around 6pm GMT), to allow for people in different time zones.
Are the live sessions recorded?
Yes, they’re all recorded and uploaded to the learning vault.
What resources are available in the learning vault?
There are three main modules. Module 1 focuses on building a strong, flexible, and resilient mindset so success becomes inevitable. Module 2, Magnetism, focuses on building confidence, self-belief, and self-trust so your natural magnetism can shine through. Module 3, the largest, is focused on marketing and sales, covering how to set up your business ecosystem for sustainable, thriving growth, along with the sales, marketing, and social media strategy that gets you visible and paid. You’ll also get access to the Coach Skill Mastery training and the Resilience training courses Naomi has run previously.
How much support is included?
You’ll have a community space where you can post any time and get support from other members, and Naomi is in the community every day, Monday to Friday. You’ll also have the accountability and connection call once a month, plus two hot seat coaching sessions where you can ask questions and get support from Naomi and the other mastermind women.
Do I already need a functioning business to join?
No, many people join when they’re newly qualified, to learn the skills to build their business right from the start. Others try to go it alone for a while, and if they find they’re struggling, they join for the knowledge and support they need to achieve the success they desire.
What happens after I apply?
I personally review every application within 48 hours and let you know whether you’ve been accepted. If you have, I’ll send you the payment link, where you can choose to pay in full or monthly. Once you’ve paid, we’ll book your onboarding call to get you set up and make sure you start off strong.
