Why I Created This Mastermind
Four years ago, I was exactly where you might be now - trying to build a business on my own, surrounded by never ending 'to do' lists of all the things I felt I 'should' be doing, and constantly questioning if I was doing any of it right. I had no roadmap, no support, and no one to turn to when things felt hard. The result? I started to resent the business side of things despite having a passion for coaching. No matter how hard I tried, the business never quite took off the way I knew it could.
Everything changed in January 2025 when I finally decided to fully back myself and go all in. I made a huge, scary but exciting decision to invest in £23,500 in a high-level mastermind. I got in the room with women who were further ahead and for the first time, I felt seen, supported, and stretched. I had a dream of making 10K months by the end of 2025 but it felt totally unachievable despite the fact I was now in a community of women who were making million dollar months!!!
Within 3 months, I had an 11K month, then a 15k month. I'd made the investment back and more!! My business took off, but more importantly, I transformed. I expanded into a new level of confidence, clarity, and self-trust whilst having the most fun I've ever had in my business - and that changed everything.
I've learnt so much in the past 5 years which has been compounded exponentially since joining a Mastermind and fully committing to my vision. I have a burning desire to share this wisdom with other women who are in the early years of establishing their business. I want every woman to feel as joyful, confident and empowered in their work as I feel now. With over 20 years experience in education and extensive experience and devotion to coaching, creating this mastermind felt like the most aligned next step. It’s the space I wish I had when I was starting out - a space where women are held, guided, inspired and empowered to step into their full potential.
