Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Who these terms are with

This website, naomimorgan.co.uk, is owned and operated by Naomi Morgan, trading as Naomi Morgan, a sole trader based at Avenida de Almeria 27, Turre, 04639, Almeria, Spain. You can contact us at [email protected]. By using this website, registering for a free training or challenge, or purchasing a programme or service from us, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of this website, including its written content, branding or course materials, without our written permission.

Free trainings and challenges

From time to time we offer free trainings, challenges and communities, such as The Audacity Experiment. These are provided free of charge, and while we put real care into them, we don't guarantee any particular outcome or result from participating. Your results will depend on your own effort, circumstances and application of what's shared.

Where a free challenge includes a private community (for example, on Telegram), we ask that you engage respectfully with other members. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a community whose conduct we reasonably consider disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate.

Replay access, community access and any other time-limited elements of a free training will be as described on the relevant sign-up page at the time you register.

Paid programmes and coaching services

We offer paid coaching programmes and services, including but not limited to Delusional Wealthy Woman, the Freedom & Fire Mastermind, and one-to-one coaching. Full details of what's included, the price, and the payment schedule for any paid programme will be set out on the relevant sales page or agreement at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's own terms of service in addition to ours.

Cancellations and refunds

Paid programmes require a fixed commitment for their full stated term (for example, six months for Delusional Wealthy Woman or twelve months for the Freedom & Fire Mastermind) and are governed by the individual programme agreement you sign at enrolment. Cancellations are not accepted during the programme term, and no refund is given for non-attendance, dissatisfaction with the programme, a change in your personal or financial circumstances, or failure to achieve a particular result. Your obligation to pay in full, including any remaining instalments, is not affected by whether you attend, engage with, or complete the programme.

The only exception is if we fail to deliver material parts of a paid programme for a continuous period of more than sixty (60) days and do not remedy this within thirty (30) days of being notified in writing, in which case a pro-rata refund may be due for the affected period. Full details, including how this applies to your specific programme, are set out in the signed agreement for that programme.

By enrolling and signing a programme agreement, you request that we begin delivering the programme and grant you immediate access to any digital content (such as a learning platform or private community) straight away. This means you expressly waive your usual 14-day cooling-off cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as set out in more detail in the programme agreement itself.

Free trainings, challenges and communities (such as The Audacity Experiment) are provided at no cost and are not subject to a refund policy, as no payment is taken to join them.

No professional, medical or financial advice

Our coaching, trainings and content are for educational and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You're responsible for your own decisions, and we'd always encourage you to seek independent professional advice where appropriate, particularly around your health, finances or legal matters.

Third-party platforms

We use third-party platforms including Zoom, Telegram, Stripe and Hey Client/GoHighLevel to deliver parts of our service. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and conditions, and we're not responsible for their availability, performance or any changes they make to their services.

Intellectual property

All content we create, including website copy, course materials, workbooks, recordings and frameworks (such as the Autopilot to Aliveness Method), belongs to Naomi Morgan unless stated otherwise. You may use these materials for your own personal development but may not resell, redistribute or teach them to others as your own without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide our website, free content and paid programmes with reasonable skill and care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England & Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page whenever we do, and continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
